Dear Parents,
This is to kindly remind you to clear the school fees upto March 2026 in order to obtain the Admit Card for the Annual Examination.
Please note that students who fail to complete the payment both school fees & bus fees by the first week of February will not be permitted to appear for the Annual Examination under any circumstances.
Parents are kindly requested to take this matter seriously and cooperate with the school administration to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations.

We are pleased to inform you that the school will reopen from tomorrow
(Thursday 15th January).
Regular classes will be conducted as per the timetable of Thursday
School Timings:
• Pre-Nursery to Class II
10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
* Class III to Class IX
8:50 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Parents are kindly requested to ensure that their wards come in proper school uniform and make good use of the days ahead by revising the syllabus in preparation for the Annual Examination.
Assessment Test is Scheduled as follows :
The test of 22/12/25
will be on Opening day
* 05/01/26 on Second day
* 12/01/26 on Third day

Dear Parents of Class X,
Greetings from St. Alphonsa School.
Please be informed that only 34 days remain for the commencement of the ICSE Board Examination. We kindly request you to closely monitor your ward’s preparation during this crucial period. Students should not be sent out of the house for any unnecessary reasons. Kindly take this instruction seriously in the interest of your child’s academic success.
Further, please note that the answer papers will be shown on Wednesday, 28th January 2026, which will be a normal working day for the students. On this day, students may come to school by bus and return by bus as usual.
However, on Thursday, 29th January 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., students are strictly required to come along with their parents to collect their results and ICSE Admit Cards.
Parents are also kindly reminded to clear the school fees up to February 2026 and the bus fees up to December 2025 on or before 29th January 2026. Please note that failure to clear the dues will result in the non-issuance of the result and Admit Card.
We seek your kind cooperation and understanding in this important matter.

Our Class 3 student, Master Umang Raj, has made us immensely proud by securing the 1st Runner-Up trophy in an international mathematics competition. He showcased exceptional talent by solving over 200 mathematical problems in just 8 minutes!
His journey to this incredible milestone includes winning prestigious titles at both State and National levels. Congratulations to Umang for his outstanding accomplishments and for inspiring us all with his brilliance and dedication!

Every is requested to pay through online mode that you can view the fee details as soon as you pay. Any kind of transfer is not allowed with regard to fee. Fee slip will not be given this year since it is uploaded in the
AAPNA CLASSROOM'. Kindly cooperate with the management of the school so that we may work together for the betterment of our students.
