As per the order of the
District Magistrate (DM), Banka,
the school will remain closed for
Pre-Nursery to Class VIII
till 12th January.
Class IX will continue regular classes
from 9:30 to 3:00 pm
Parents are requested to ensure their wards revise the syllabus for the Annual Examination.
Assessment Test Schedule after reopening:
* 22/12/25 – Opening day
* 05/01/26 – Second day
* 12/01/26 – Third day

5th January 2026.
Classes Pre-Nursery to Class 8
will begin on 6th January 2026.
Attendance on the opening day is
mandatory for all students.
Assessment Test Schedule
For Class 9:
The assessment test scheduled
for 5th January will be conducted
on 5th January.
The assessment test scheduled
for 22nd December will be conducted
on 6th January.
For all other classes:
The opening day will be the assessment
test of 5th January.
The assessment test of 22nd December
will be conducted on the very next day.
School Timings
Classes 3 to 9:
8:50 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pre-Nursery to Class 2
10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
If there are any changes,
the same will be communicated
to you in due course.

of Class X,
Greetings of the day!
This is to kindly remind you of the following important points regarding the upcoming Pre-Board Examination:
As informed earlier,
the Pre-Board Examination will commence from 2nd January at St. Francis School, Jasidih.
It is mandatory for all students to appear for the
Pre-Board Examination.
Parents are requested to take full responsibility for safely bringing their wards to the examination centre and taking them back home.
All students must clear their
school fees and bus fees before the
commencement of the Pre-Board Examination.
Failure to do so will invite strict action from the school management.
Students who have any pending dues must clear them before the issuance of the Admit Card.
Most importantly,
students who do not pass the Pre-Board Examination will not be permitted to appear for the Board Examination.
We request parents and students to take this notice seriously and cooperate fully to ensure a smooth examination process.
Wishing all our students the very best in their preparations.

Our Class 3 student, Master Umang Raj, has made us immensely proud by securing the 1st Runner-Up trophy in an international mathematics competition. He showcased exceptional talent by solving over 200 mathematical problems in just 8 minutes!
His journey to this incredible milestone includes winning prestigious titles at both State and National levels. Congratulations to Umang for his outstanding accomplishments and for inspiring us all with his brilliance and dedication!

Every is requested to pay through online mode that you can view the fee details as soon as you pay. Any kind of transfer is not allowed with regard to fee. Fee slip will not be given this year since it is uploaded in the
AAPNA CLASSROOM'. Kindly cooperate with the management of the school so that we may work together for the betterment of our students.
